This policy explains how dopeology handles information collected through this website. dopeology is operated by Daft Solutions. The dopeology app is not yet released; today this site’s only purpose is to share information about the app and let you join the launch notification list.

What we collect

• Your email address, if and only if you submit it through the early access form, so we can notify you when dopeology launches.
• Basic server logs that our hosting provider records automatically (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running.

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this site, and we do not run third-party analytics that profile you.

How we use it

• To send you a notification when the app becomes available.
• To occasionally share important launch-related updates, if relevant.
• To protect the site against abuse and diagnose technical problems.

We rely on your consent (given when you submit the form) to email you, and on our legitimate interest in running a secure website for server logs.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with the service providers that help us operate, and only so they can perform those services for us. When you submit the early access form, your email address is processed by Web3Forms, a form-handling service that delivers the submission to us; this means your data may be transferred to and stored on servers outside the UK and EU. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Retention

We keep your email address until the app launches and for a reasonable period afterwards, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, email us at the address below. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

As the dopeology app develops — including the introduction of user accounts and data sync — we will update this policy and revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be made clear before they take effect.
